If your community, facility, or organization is interested in bringing music therapy services to your residents, participants, or clients, I would love to connect with you.
Together, we can create engaging, evidence-based group music therapy experiences that promote social connection, cognitive stimulation, emotional well-being, self-expression, and overall quality of life.
Music therapy is a clinical and evidence-based healthcare profession in which music is used intentionally to address physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and communication goals. Music therapy sessions are facilitated by a Board-Certified Music Therapist and are tailored to each individual's unique strengths, needs, interests, and goals.
Music therapy is much more than simply listening to music. Sessions may include singing, instrument playing, movement, songwriting, improvisation, reminiscence, relaxation techniques, neurologic music therapy interventions, and other music-based experiences designed to support growth, wellness, and quality of life.
